Charles Patterson Apprentice
Born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago, Charles moved to the United States at the age of ten. He started dancing his freshmen year of high school at the Boston Arts Academy and after school program Jeanette Neill studio. He has worked with numerous choreographers such as Dwight Rhoden, Desmond Richardson, David Dorfman and Robert Garland. In addition, Charles has taken master classes with Sean Curran, Kirven Douthit-Boyd and Kate Ladenheim.
Mr. Patterson’s awards includes tuition scholarships to summer intensives such as ABT, DTH, Joffrey Ballet School, Julliard and Point Park University. Charles is also an alumni of the Boston Conservatory's BFA program and was awarded full tuition for the intensive 4-year Ballet Pedagogy study. During his time, he studied with Adriana Suarez, Gianni Di Marco, Denise Pons, Cathy Young and more of the wonderful faculty at the Boston Conservatory.
